July 9th, 2016 - Pair of Top 5 Finishes for Brandon in Express House Car

Piloting the Express Race Cars #9 House Car, Brandon Hightower visited 171 Speedway (Leesville, Louisiana) on Friday night for the regular night of racing. Storming to a heat race win early in the night, Hightower earned a front-row starting spot for the feature alongside Neil Standifer. Hanging on to a top five finish, Brandon scored a 3rd place outing. The following night at Boothill Speedway (Greenwood, Louisiana), Brandon improved two positons in his heat landing a 3rd place finish. July 3rd, 2016 - Hightower Finishes in Top Ten at Doug Murphrey Memorial

Returning with the P&W Sales Southern United Professional Racing (SUPR) series, Brandon Hightower traveled Timberline Speedway (Corley, Texas) for the Stars & Stripes Shootout. Placing 4th in his heat, Hightower was slated to start 6th for the A-Main. After making attempt to pass for 4th, Brandon got spun-out by another competitor sending him to the tail. Deciding to pull off early from the $2,000-to-win main event, Brandon Hightower was credited with a 9th place outing. The following night brought the SUPR series followers to Lone Star Speedway (Kilgore, Texas) for the Firecracker 40. Running one spot out of the top five with 10-go, Hightower suffered a blown tire bringing an early end to his night. Wrapping up the busy weekend, Brandon headed to Ark-La-Tex Speedway (Vivian, Louisiana) on Sunday piloting Shane Hebert’s Open Wheel Modified for the 9th Annual Doug Murphrey Memorial. Earning a 8th place starting spot for the feature in a stacked field of fifty-three overall entries, Hightower found himself battling in the top five for the majority of the race until a late-race restart. Looking to keep his top five spot, Brandon got slammed into the side by another competitor sending him back to a 7th place finish.
